We work on a stipulated sum. We price your plans before we break ground, put one fixed number in writing, and build to it. You budget once, and you get back to the part that should be fun—watching your house come together.

Start with a conversation
Tell us about your lot, your plans, your budget, and your timing. No pitch, just a straight conversation about what it will take to build your home.

We price your plans
Bring your architect’s drawings and we price them line by line. You get one stipulated sum, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Make your selections
Finishes, fixtures, and materials are chosen up front, so the price you sign is the price you pay.

Sign one contract
A single fixed-price agreement covers the build. We handle permits and set the schedule.

Build it side by side
One project manager runs your job from groundbreaking to punch list, with weekly updates and your schedule, selections, and progress photos in Buildertrend. Josh White oversees every home we build.

Walk through and move in
We walk the finished house with you, close out every punch-list item, and stand behind our work long after you move in.
