Josh oversees every phase of the construction process, ensuring quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and an exceptional client experience. With more than 25 years of construction experience and a degree in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, he brings both technical expertise and practical insight to every custom home JBI builds.

Micah brings more than 20 years of finance and investment experience to Joshua Builders, helping guide the company’s strategy and long-term stability. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2005 and holds a Finance degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
